I. Product Overview
The Henvic smart container for intelligent fruit and vegetable cultivation for large-scale farms represents a new generation of modular plant factory equipment launched by Hangzhou Hengyu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
Retrofitted based on standard shipping containers, the unit integrates hydroponics and aeroponics growing systems, full-spectrum LED plant lighting systems, intelligent environmental control systems, as well as a remote cloud management platform. It enables year-round high-efficiency production of leafy greens, fruiting vegetables, strawberries, medicinal herbs and other crops within a fully enclosed environment.
A single 40ft standard container can function as an independent miniature plant factory. Multiple containers connected in parallel allow rapid construction of large-scale production bases. This product is applicable to urban farms, modern agricultural industrial parks, regions with extreme environments (deserts, plateaus, islands), as well as scientific research and teaching scenarios.

The unit adopts stainless steel structure with thermal insulation layers, and an HVAC environmental control unit is installed on the top. The side door is opened to display the internal multi-layer hydroponic racks and LED supplementary lighting system, presenting an overall modern industrial agricultural style.

The container is equipped with a multi-layer NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) hydroponic pipeline system for cultivating lettuce, kale, basil, strawberries and other crops. Each tier is fitted with full-spectrum LED grow lights. White reflective wall panels and epoxy flooring maintain a clean and sterile growing environment. Environmental sensors and ventilation ducts are arranged along the walls.

A touchscreen control terminal displays real-time key parameters including temperature, humidity, nutrient solution EC/pH values and light cycles. Equipped with physical buttons, indicator lights and an emergency stop switch, the system supports remote management via mobile APP and web portal.
